This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the website: www.figureeightboutique.com & in-store. All Figure Eight Salon & Boutique purchases may be mailed or returned in-store for store credit or exchange (some restrictions apply).
Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange or credit within 10 days from the ship date. In order to return your order for exchange or credit, you must e-mail us at figure.eigh.salon@gmail.com. We will not honor any returns that are past 10 days.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
