    Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange or credit within 10 days from the ship date. In order to return your order for exchange or credit, you must e-mail us at figure.eigh.salon@gmail.com. We will not honor any returns that are past 10 days. 

     

    All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).

     

    Sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, shapewear, waist trainers, body shapers, select lingerie and swimwear, earrings, and clearance items are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
